Guide to Evaluating and Understanding Free Box of Samples

That's why we've created a service to help our members sample products from the best brands around, for free. All we ask in return is honest feedback so we can help the brands understand their customer's thoughts and opinions. With over 10 million members since 2013, it's clear that our free sample service is in high demand.

Our samples cover a range of products, from personal care products and food and drink, to home and family items and even pet essentials. All members have to do to receive their own customised free box of samples is complete our Member Profile, with a series of questions regarding their household and shopping habits. This helps us learn what kind of products our members like and tailor their samples accordingly. With our free sample service, members get to choose the samples they want to receive – from brands such as Dyson, Sony, Olay, Estee Lauder, L’Oréal, Urban Decay, Drunk Elephant, Panasonic, Clinique, Lancôme, Maybelline, Too Faced, Fenty Beauty, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Samsung, and so many more – and we'll ship it directly to their door for free.

Once members have had the chance to sample these products, all we ask is that they complete a short survey to tell us what they think of each sample. This feedback means we can let the brands know what our members think – helping them to better understand their customers' views.

When members complete their Member Profile, they can gain access to exclusive VIP and media sample offers. These offers can mean members receive samples from brands that are rarely or never discounted, and get samples of high value that may not be available to the public. These exclusive members-only offers are a great way for members to sample some of their favorite brands for free and get access to special samples they may not be able to find elsewhere.
