If coins have automatically disappeared from your WALLET, it is due to one of the following reasons:

1. When you qualify for a product, you will notice a countdown timer indicating how long you have to check out with your product (and/or you will receive an email notifying you). Here is the crucial part: If you do not check out within the specified time, the product will be removed from your Box, and ANY coins gifted with it will be deducted from your account too; OR
2. It is important to also be aware that due to certain requirements of the brands for rapid reviews on products, products may sometimes be over-allocated. If you do not complete your box checkout before these allocations run out, you might miss out on the product (it will be removed from your Box, and ANY coins gifted with it may be deducted from your account too).

Earn PINCHme coins and get rewarded!

For every 5,000 PINCHme coins*, you will receive a $50 gift card. Simply visit the CASH REWARDS page to cash out your gift card.

Any gift cards claimed on the CASH REWARDS page will show on the 'Activity' tab.

Earning PINCHme coins is simple! Here are some of the ways you can earn:

• Visit the EARN COINS page and take up an offer, or complete an action (for example, refer a friend);
• Complete your product reviews and feedback on the WRITE REVIEWS page.

Earning PINCHme coins is simple!

Here are some of the ways you can earn:

• Visit the EARN COINS page and take up an offer, or complete an action (for example, refer a friend);
• Complete your product reviews and feedback on the WRITE REVIEWS page.

Your WALLET can be found on the MY ACCOUNT page, on the 'WALLET' tab.

Your WALLET shows your available PINCHme coins, as well as a history of the PINCHme coins you have earned and spent (Note: your account should typically be credited with your PINCHme coins within 48 hours). Your WALLET also shows certain gift cards earned.

Coins earned are typically awarded within 48 hours. Please keep an eye on the WALLET page.

Gift cards are digital and will typically be emailed to you within 2-4 weeks from the date you earned the gift card (which will either show on your WALLET page or, if you claimed the gift card via the CASH REWARDS page, will show on the Activity tab).

Please check your Inbox, Junk and Spam folders for this gift card email.

PINCHme coins are used to ship your orders. To check out a box, you will need 500 PINCHme coins.

You can also use your PINCHme coins to:

• bid on products you are most interested in (the higher your bid the more likely you are to qualify for the product).
• claim gift cards on the CASH REWARDS page.

Your available PINCHme coins, as well as a history of the PINCHme coins you have earned and spent, can be found on the MY ACCOUNT page, on the 'WALLET' tab.

Your available PINCHme coins can also be found on your dashboard.

Your account should typically be credited with your PINCHme coins within 48 hours.
